As Spring is in full swing, Profusion Realty is constantly increasing its market shares and feels confident that 2012 will again be a record year.

Since our official opening in January 2009, Profusion has succeeded in establishing its reputation as a strong leader in the high-end real estate market in Montreal. In 2011, over 1 out of 3 sales in Westmount (34.2% market share) was completed by a Profusion broker either on the listing side or collaborating side. In 2010-2011, 50% of all condos in Nun's Island worthover $1 million were sold by Profusion, as well as 50% of all Penthouses valued between $700 000 and $2 million. In the Greater Montreal region, close to 20% of sales over $1 million were performed by Profusion brokers. These are tangible proofs of Profusion's competence. 

In September 2011, on the international scene, Christie's International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, presented the Medium-Market ‘’Affiliate of the year’’ title to Profusion Realty of Montréal, Québec at its Global Annual Conference in London, in September.

In October, Profusion won ''Best Website Award'' at the Who's Who Luxury Real Estate Conference in San Diego.

In November 2011, Profusion hosted in cooperation with Christie's, a private viewing of the finest collection of watches to be auctioned off at Rockefeller Center in New York in December, a few days after the sale of Elizabeth Taylor's Jewels and Couture.
 
In November 2011, Profusion continued its expansion by opening up a branch office in St-Sauveur, in the Laurentians.
